Since the primary product for purchase is a virtual webinar, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Therefore, the event registration or attendance sold on CareShakti.com is not eligible for a return or refund policy.
Please do not send emails to cancel attendance fees.
Exchanges or Extensions (if applicable)
On an exceptional basis, we can offer to adjust the amount paid for a particular webinar or workshop with another webinar or workshop in the future. If you need help with this, send us an email at team@careshakti.com .
Please note, this will be governed by the organisational policy and based on the event, the amount that can be adjusted or extended may vary.
In case of workshop, some logistics and material charges may be deducted as applicable.
Discount codes if applied the first time, will not be applicable again.
If the next webinar or event is at a price higher than the amount to be adjusted then the customer will have to pay the difference.
Webinar or event attendance cannot be transferred from one person to another.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded/replaced/exchanged.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over ₹ 200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
